Tip for Tofu Recipies


For a quick and easy protein kick, try steaming tofu and topping it with a sauce of your choice and dried fish

Fried Momen Tofu
Slice Japanese Momen tofu and marinate in soy sauce, sake or mirin. Fry both sides until crispy. Eat as a snack or add to salad.

Spaghetti with yellow tofu sauce
Fry onion and yellow tofu in butter. Add chopped tomatoes, milk, salt, pepper and thym leaves. Stir frequently until thick. Place on top of cooked spaghetti.

Tofu Salad
Place tomatoes and egg tofu on a plate and top with fried garlic. Mix together soy sauce, vinegar, mirin and sesame oil. Pour over salad
