Agave is a MUST if you're looking for a good sweetner, and you're health concious. It's natural, from the cactus, and 100% organic. The taste is yummy (sort of a cross between honey & maple syrup, I suppose) & has a low-glycymic level, which means your blood sugar will not spike.
